Tool output
Converters apply programmed mappings and transliteration rules. They can be highly useful without being able to reconstruct every damaged PDF, mixed-font document, unusual glyph mapping or ambiguous phonetic spelling. You are responsible for checking important converted text against the source.
No guarantee of compatibility
Legacy font encodings vary. A tool named for FM Abhaya, DL-Manel, Kaputa, Bamini or another format should be used with text that actually follows that mapping. Applying a converter to the wrong source format can produce incorrect output.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, overload automated endpoints or use the tools to process material you are not permitted to handle.
Availability
Tools may be improved, corrected, replaced or withdrawn. Scheduled tools are not part of the public site until their configured publication time.
Third-party software
The project can include open-source libraries under their respective licenses. Those licenses apply to the relevant software components and do not grant rights to third-party font files, trademarks or content that a user processes.
